Use Snore Detection on Watch7 & Watch Ultra
Snore Detection on Galaxy Watch7 and Watch Ultra uses your connected smartphone to monitor snoring during sleep. To ensure accurate results, place your phone on a stable surface near your head, such as a nightstand, with the microphone facing toward you. This feature works automatically when the watch detects sleep and requires proper setup and device placement.

- Navigate to Settings and select Sleep. This will open the Health app on your connected smartphone.
- Enable Snore Detection by choosing one of the following options:
- Select Always to measure snoring every time you sleep.
- Select Once to measure snoring for a single sleep session, after which the feature will turn off automatically.
