  • 1. What is Samsung Care+?

    Samsung Care+ is a repair service exclusively for Samsung customers who have purchased a new Samsung device. Samsung Care+ may be purchased within 30 days of device purchase or activation, subject to eligibility requirements.
  • Samsung Manufacturer’s Warranty comes with a new Samsung device and covers manufacturing defects that occur under normal use during the warranty period. It does not cover breakage or liquid damage.

    Samsung Care+ is a repair service available to customers who purchase a new Samsung device. It provides repair support for breakage, including damage caused by drops, impact, fire, or contact with liquids, as well as breakdown due to defects that occur after the Manufacturer’s Warranty has ended. Depending on the Samsung Care+ plan purchased, customers receive additional breakdown coverage for defects that occur after the Manufacturer’s Warranty period has ended. We advise you to read carefully the Terms and Conditions for more details of the entire scope of the plan.
    • Repair service for unintentional breakage which may involve liquid/water breakage.
    • Extended warranty (additional 1-year); applicable only for the 24-month Samsung Care+ plan.
    • You may request unlimited repairs within contract duration; service fees may apply.
    • Like-for-like replacement of broken device if your device is already beyond economic repair (BER); up to two (2x) times replacement for a 24-month plan. Minimal service fees apply.
    • Free door-to-door pick-up and delivery service nationwide.
    • Guaranteed genuine Samsung parts with repairs performed by Samsung Authorized Service Centers (ASC).
  • We advise you to read the full terms and conditions of our service plans before purchasing. Some of the key exclusions to our service plans are:
    • Theft or loss of your device.
    • Malicious breaks.
    • Breakage caused by anyone else besides you or your immediate family members.
    • Wear-and-tear from daily use.
    • Cosmetic breakage.
  • Requesting for repair is easy and simple.
    1. There are three (3) ways you can opt to file a repair request:
    a. Visit our website (https://ph.careplus.co/ ⭧)
    b. Email us at cs.ph@careplus.co
    c. Walk-in at any Authorized Service Centers (appointment must be made before hand)
    2. All repair requests must be made within 30 days from when the incident happened.
    3. Once a repair request is filed, we will get your Samsung device repaired and deliver it back to you.

    If the device is picked up and returned through the service, the estimated duration is as follows:
    —   Metro Manila: five (5) working days
    —   Other areas: eight (8) working days

    Customers will be informed of any applicable service fee for their repair request.

    Otherwise, our Samsung Care+ service team will contact you via email, SMS or phone call to:
    • Inform you that your repair request has been received.
    • Confirm the pick-up address or drop-off location of the damaged device.
    • Notify you once the device has been repaired.
    • Inform you when the device is ready for delivery or collection.
  • Depending on the Samsung Care+ plan purchased, coverage will expire according to the contract end date and conditions specified in the Terms of Service provided upon successful enrolment:
    • We detect fraud or attempted fraud.
    • Your device's IMEI number has been tampered with.
    • Your device has been repaired by a third party service center (not by a Samsung Authorized Service Center).
  • No. Samsung Care+ will not be available for other Samsung Galaxy devices apart from the eligible devices mentioned.
  • Yes. You may purchase Samsung Care+ from selected Samsung Authorized Stores or Samsung.com/ph ⭧, and it should be within 30-days upon your device activation.

    Please note that your device must meet certain requirements to be eligible for Samsung Care+. This must be in good condition upon assessment by store personnel and must be purchased locally from authorized Samsung partners and/or dealers.
  • Upfront (12- or 24-month plans):
    • You may cancel within seven (7) days from the purchase date and receive a full refund, provided no repair or replacement request has been submitted or processed.

    Monthly subscription plans:
    • You may cancel within seven (7) days from the purchase date (or order delivery date, for Samsung.com/ph ⭧ orders) and receive a full refund of the first month’s fee, provided no repair or replacement request has been submitted or processed. For Samsung Care+ Monthly that is included in your device order, partial cancellation before delivery is not possible. Please refer to the standard order cancellation policy.
    • If you cancel after seven (7) days, cancellation will take effect immediately, and no refund will be provided. Once subscription has been cancelled, it can no longer be reactivated.
    • Payments made cover services provided up to the effective cancellation date.

    Additional conditions:
    • No refund will be provided once a repair or replacement request has been submitted or processed.
    • No refund will be provided for cancellations during any free promotional period, if applicable.
  • No. You may choose not to utilize any services offered under Samsung Care+; no refund will be provided after the applicable cancellation period. Please refer to the cancellation policy above for details on eligible refund conditions.
  • You can pay with any available payment methods that are displayed during checkout. If you opt to pay with debit/credit card (straight payment), you will be asked to agree to enroll your payment card for the subsequent monthly payments (auto-debit). If you opt for another payment method (such as eWallet or installments), you still have to complete the step of enrolling a debit/credit card for the subsequent monthly payments.
  • Enrolling a payment card is necessary to ensure timely and automatic payment of the monthly subscription fees. Your subscription may be put on hold or cancelled if your monthly payment fails.
  • Yes, your enrolled card details are fully secured. Samsung does not store your actual card information. Instead, during card enrollment, you will be redirected to our PCI-DSS-certified payment gateway partner. There, you can input and save your card details using an anonymized token ID. This token ID is securely used to process monthly charges, ensuring your sensitive information remains protected.
  • You can update your enrolled card details at any time by viewing the related order on My Orders page ⭧, and clicking on “Update payment details.” In case there’s an error with your current enrolled card, we will be notifying you via email, from which a link to this page will also be provided. Your card will be charged a Php 1.00 fee as a way to check its validity, but this will be automatically refunded within the same day.
  • Yes, the subscription and policy coverage will be transferred to your new replacement device, provided that the replacement is for the same model and is valid under the policy terms.
  • Valid returns of the device purchased from Samsung.com will include the amount paid for Samsung Care+ purchased with the device.
  • No, the Samsung Care+ subscription is typically tied to a specific device and cannot be transferred to another device of your choosing.
